TTI_SUP Framework

The Supportability Condition Rating (SCR) is derived from the Time-to-Inability-of-Support (TTI_SUP) metric. TTI_SUP = max(A, B, C) + D, where each component contributes via independent "paths":

SCR 1 — TTI_SUP > 20 yrs — Fully supportable SCR 2 — 14–20 yrs — Long-horizon concern SCR 3 — 8–14 yrs — Medium-term risk SCR 4 — 3–8 yrs — Short-horizon concern SCR 5 — ≤ 3 yrs — Critical supportability risk
