Edge4AssetIQ is a suite of asset condition analysis tools built by EdgeWorks Apps (Edge4ward Pty Ltd, Australia). It gives engineers and asset managers access to rigorous statistical condition rating methodologies via a clean browser interface backed by a secure calculation API.
The SPCR Calculator uses the Crow-AMSAA power-law process to test whether a system's failure rate is statistically increasing, returning a 1–5 condition rating backed by a chi-squared trend test, beta and eta parameters, and three visualisation charts. The Supportability Analysis (SCR) implements a structured questionnaire framework to compute supply, contract and stock time horizons and derive a Supportability Condition Rating across physical and software components.
