EdgeWorks Apps provides a suite of browser-based web tools and applications including but not limited to:

• DocSuite — PDF, document and design utilities
• GeoTools — Geographic and mapping tools
• WorldTimeHub — World clock, timezone and holiday tools
• LoanLens — Mortgage and loan calculators
• Edge4Field — Field inspection and audit platform
• Cheffie — AI-powered recipe and cooking tools

All tools are provided "as is" and are available to use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Permitted Use

You may use EdgeWorks Apps tools for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our applications in bulk
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and brand elements of EdgeWorks Apps are the property of Edge4ward Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of EdgeWorks Apps without written permission.

Files you process through our tools (PDFs, images, etc.) remain entirely your own. We do not claim any rights over user content, nor do we store or transmit it.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

EdgeWorks Apps tools are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of our tools for any particular purpose.

Financial tools (LoanLens): Results from LoanLens are estimates only and do not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice. Always verify calculations with a licensed financial professional or your lender. Edge4ward Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).

Geographic tools (GeoTools): Coordinate conversions and elevation data are provided for reference only. Do not rely on GeoTools for navigation, surveying, or safety-critical applications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge4ward Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EdgeWorks Apps.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Our applications integrate third-party services including Google AdSense, Google Fonts, OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo, and public RSS news feeds. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. EdgeWorks Apps is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of those sites or their content.

7. Advertising

EdgeWorks Apps displays advertisements through Google AdSense to sustain our services. By using our applications, you acknowledge that advertisements may be shown. We have no control over the specific ads served by Google. You can opt out of personalised ads via Google's Ad Settings.
